What's included in my session fee?

Great question!  The session fee covers the time, talent, and equipment of the photographer as well as professional retouching, an online gallery, and facebook previews. 

                                                 *Prints, products, and digital files are sold separately.

What if I need more time to place my order?

Your online gallery will be active for 7 days to allow you time to pick your favorites and place your order.  If you find yourself in a situation where 7 days is not enough time, I'll gladly reactivate your gallery for 7 more days.  If after 14 days you still need more time. there will be a $35 reactivation fee for each additional 7 day extension that you need.

I purchased digitals, how will I get them?

Your digital files will arrive via email once your order has been approved.  They will arrive in a zip file along with a print release.  Make sure you open the zip file and save the images to a computer right away, the link to the digital files will only be available for 1 week.  Remember, zip files are not mobile device friendly, so they have to be opened  and saved on a computer.

What's the differnce between a full session (Gold, Silver, Bronze) and a mini session?

The main difference between the two is length of session.  Mini sessions are much shorter, being only 10-15 minutes in length.  Also, most mini sessions are held at predetermined times and locations.  However, during the summer months when it can be hot, stand alone mini sessions may be available.  Meaning, you would still get to pick the date and location, it would just be a shorter session.

What if it's supposed to be bad weather on the day of my session?

I will be keeping an eye on the weather leading up to your session.  I will be in touch if I think we need to adjust your start time or reschedule completely.  If we have to reschedule, we will get you back on the calendar right away.

I scheduled a session and now I won't be able to make it.  What should I do?

Please let me know as soon as possible if you are unable to make it to your session.  As long as I know ahead of time that you will not be able to make it, your full session fee will be applied towards your rescheduled session.  Please note that when rescheduling, you will be subject to the next available dates which could be months away.
